"Sowing Seeds" explores the vibrant lifestyle of the Ecological Agriculture Training (E.A.T.) Cultural Center and its dedicated participants. Nestled in the heart of Norco, California, this 10-month agricultural course not only preserves traditional farming practices but also breathes life into the rich history of the community.

Through immersive exploration, this documentary captures the essence of small-scale farming and its profound impact on our region. Graduates of the E.A.T. center embody the spirit of stewardship, supplying local markets with abundant organic produce and fostering a sense of kinship among neighbors.

At its core, "Sowing Seeds" celebrates the timeless wisdom of agriculture and the art of living deliberately. In a world consumed by haste, it serves as a reminder to slow down and reconnect with the land. By showcasing the resilience and passion of our local farmers, this project aims to inspire others to embrace a simpler, more sustainable way of life.

As both observer and participant, Wahl immersed herself in the rhythms of farm life, cultivating not only crops but also a newfound appreciation for the beauty of patience. Through this journey, Wahl discovered that true fulfillment lies in the delicate balance between tradition and innovation, reminding us that the roots of our past nourish the possibilities of our future.
