Amanda Barrier
Performing between the lines of authenticity and fiction, The Meaning in the Middle is a photographic project by Amanda Barrier, exposing what most of us have felt before through short stories. Family, insecurity, love, anxiety, perseverance, and isolation can show themselves in daily life. Amanda hopes to add meaning to “normal” but universal experiences by offering social and theological insight into these short stories. Sometimes an encouraging word, a self-care day, or a good cup of coffee with a friend can speak into our lives. And our stubborn hearts often change daily as much as the epiphany.
Life is a story. A performance that shows that every day has worth.
