It can also increase your sense of self-worth and belonging. Throughout her senior year, Ramirez will be turning this into a series, Mi Vida. Her work symbolizes her parents, heritage, and life in general. As well as allowing Ramirez to know where her parents are from, their families, where they grew up, and their culture.”
